This site is intended to help small business owners avoid lengthy delays and unjustified charges by providing a forum for feedback about web design companies.

I could not find any sites dedicated to helping the small business owner launch their web site and to warn about which web design companies to avoid and so decided to set up this site after my own bad experience with HIT Web Design.

Why put up with any crap?

If your site in not real complicated, we will be encouraging you to put up your own site - there are many excellent tools out there that really make it little harder than creating a Microsoft Word document or Microsoft Powerpoint presentation.

This is not rocket science!

Many hosting providers now provide simplified interfaces which enable you to put up your own web site.

Two good examples are

Advantages

• More control
• Generally cheaper hosting than that provided by Web Design companies

Disadvantages

• Less customization
